 All our products are shipped out fresh and they are never frozen.  Dealing with fresh products creates it's challenges in the world of shipping; however, our web site is specifically designed to handle these challenges.  Our website utilizes:

1.  Just in Time Delivery:  You will be asked what day your want your order shipped for a timed delivery.  This way, you will receive your order on the day you want it.

2.  Freshness Technology:  We consider our products fresh if they arrive to you in one to two days (three days as the maximum).  Our website looks at your zip code to determine what shipping options that are available for your location.  It will only show you options that are logical for your area.  For example, it will not offer UPS Ground to you if you live too far away.  However, if you live in Texas, it will NOT show you Next Day Air because UPS Ground can get it there in one day anyway for a lot less money.

USPS Express Mail Overnight to most places If your order takes more than two days to arrive, we will refund the full shipping charges.

If your order takes more then three days, we will also refund the price of the products purchased.
USPS Priority Mail Usually two to three days No Guarantee:  The United States Postal Service does not guarantee the order will arrive within three days.  While orders almost always do arrive in two to three days, there is always the possibility that there will be a delay.
UPS Next Day Air Overnight If your order takes more than one day to arrive, we will refund the full shipping charges.

If your order takes more then three days, we will also refund the price of the products purchased.
UPS Second Day Air Two days If your order takes more than two days to arrive, we will refund the full shipping charges.

If your order takes more then three days, we will also refund the price of the products purchased.
UPS Ground Depends on zip code If your order takes more time than shows on the web site for your zip code, we will refund the shipping charges.

If your package arrives after three days we will also refund the product price.
